While living in the San Fernando Valley, I worked as a licensed general real estate appraiser for homes, land, commercial and special use properties all over Southern California, for financing, eminent domain and possessory interest taxation appeals. I also adopted and raised a special needs son, who is now 30 years old.
On February 1, 2014, I moved into my little cabin with a big view in Pine Mountain Club. After watching the falling snow and then the wildflowers which sprang up in my sunny yard, I began working for Jennings Realty. I assisted the broker and learned about local real estate issues. This also offered me the opportunity to meet and work with local residents, contractors and business owners. It is a joy to be part of this small town community and to share this mountain environment with the wildlife of this forest, and the other people who were drawn to the way of life we enjoy here.
I now have the privilege to work closely with local property buyers and sellers, providing experienced and professional personal service. My extensive real estate background, and years of working with local property as well as the relationships that I have built with local service providers, give me much to offer to my clients. I strive to be responsive and helpful before, during and after each transaction. My clients are my neighbors in these mountains, and I cherish the relationships that develop as we work together in achieving your real estate goals and as we join in community events and celebrations.
